A Peek Inside Our Nursery!

Now that our nursery is finally 100% complete, I have some pictures!! This was the most fun project I’ve ever worked on and I love how it turned out! I’m so glad Price trusted me in all of the decision-making… And I’m so thankful for all his help! He installed the light fixture, put the crib together, and took the door off the hinges to get that chair in there! (That was a fun challenge… or maybe not… But what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?!)

It’s exactly what I envisioned, and Price loves it too! Can’t wait for this room to have a little resident! 😉 (Also– huge shout out to Elish for helping me arrange the room and hang stuff on the walls!!)

It was a lot of fun working with some local craftsmen and stores in getting things together! Then some of the other stuff came from some really great online stores! Here’s a quick rundown! 🙂

Wallpaper, Chair, Floor Lamp: SummerHouse
Ceiling fixture, crib: Ikea
Rug, changing table, round side table: West Elm
Bookshelves, house shelves: d+p Design Build
Drapery, drapery hardware, mobile: DIY by yours truly
Cosirig neon sign: Endeavour Neon
Fox Pillow: Bebe Kitties
Fabric for black and white pillow: Elvelyckan Design

By the way, our verse for the baby is Jeremiah 1:5, which says “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.” So we chose the gaelic word for “set apart” to have made into a neon sign! I don’t know what it is about Endeavour neon signs, but I’m in LOVE with them! And the meaning just makes it extra special! The sign is actually made from my very own handwriting! 🙂

Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking a look!

Am loving it- knew I would. Serene and restful and yet will be plenty stimulating when you want it to be. Nearly melted when I saw his/her little UGG boots just waiting to warm those toes. Swoon.
