Doing Summer Old School

So last week, we had one of the best nights EVER. We didn’t really do anything special… We just laid a blanket out in the yard, Price grilled a pork tenderloin on the green egg, and we enjoyed spending time with our sweet babies while being outside on a beautiful night.

We tried some new drinks (Price tried Abita Blueberry and I tried a mixture of champs, St. Germain, and Ango bitters – both wonderful), enjoyed listening to the frogs sing their summer tunes, and after the kids were gone to sleep, we just ate together and caught up over a phone free dinner.

Old school awesomeness.

It was so great that (a) I can’t wait to do it again, and (2) I’d like to encourage you to do something similar with your friends or family soon!
