Hey Friday! What’s up, my friend?
Since Fridays are for happy things, I thought today would be a good day for a new edition of Lovely Lately! Here are a few little lovelies as of late around here…
… Grabbing a copy of the new Inspiration Mississippi magazine and seeing a spread about my mama’s 60th birthday party in there! I had almost forgotten how much fun that was! 🙂
… Having fresh flowers around to brighten things up…
… Heading up to Oxford for the grand opening of the beautiful new SummerHouse | Oxford! The store is STUNNING (more photos here), and at the party, I was introduced to the incredible food produced by Saint Leo, a restaurant that I believe is somewhat new to Oxford… (at least it wasn’t there when Price was in law school like 10 years ago!) Anyway, after tasting the party food, I’m dying to go back to Oxford simply so I can enjoy a full sit down meal in the restaurant. I WILL make that happen! 🙂
… Going shopping in my closet and rediscovering this pair of old Nine West boots that I had completely forgotten about! I bought these right when we got married, wore them a handful of times, then lost them in the shuffle I guess! Anyway, I’ve been making up for lost time lately by wearing them a lot. And I’m inspired to go digging through my closet for more discoveries more often! 🙂
… Enjoying some fun new pillows (as mentioned in this post) on our bed!
… Adding “to my daughter on her wedding day” and “to my son on his wedding day” cards to the exclusive line I’ve been doing for KPEP! These are available ONLY at Gifts by KPEP in Canton Mart Square (although I will have a few at my booth at the Lee Loves Local event next Saturday!) but remember that you do not have to be a Kendall Poole Event Planning client to shop in this adorable boutique! They seriously have some of the coolest paper and gift items! AND they gift wrap! 🙂
… Speaking of Lee Loves Local… I am getting PUMPED. Price and I are going to work on my booth this weekend! And I have all my orders placed so I’ll have some fun stock (and lots of new items) for y’all to shop! I hope you’re planning to stop by. If for nothing else, come have a bloody mary (thanks to Debutante Farmer and Cathead Vodka) and enjoy what is forecasted to be a PERFECT day outside! You’ll get to shop all of these lovely vendors!!
Well, I’m off to prep for my ONE YEAR OLD’s birthday party tomorrow! I cannot believe my baby is one… It’s weird not being pregnant at this one year old celebration. That was not the case last time we had a baby turn one! Lily Ry joined us just two short months after Wilson turned uno. I still can’t believe that!!
We’re having a little family “garden party” for our little flower! 🙂 I’m kiiiind of excited… Floral everything!! I’ll take lots of pics! 🙂 (You know me! haha!)
