Merry Making, Part Two!

Merry Making: A Wine and Charcuterie Event benefitting Young Life Madison County

Since the first round of Merry Making at The Briar Patch earlier this month was so much fun, I’m so excited to share that round TWO is coming up on November 14th! This is just in time for holiday parties– come learn how to make a pretty spread to keep your friends and family happy while the main course is still underway! Everybody loves a great spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, carbs, and other fun foods!

This round will look a good bit different, but with all the best components of part one incorporated! This edition will be held at Callaway’s Yard & Garden in Gluckstadt and I am SOOOO excited about this! I think the setting is going to be incredible. Thank you, Callaway’s, for having us!

Instead of one big grazing table, we will have four! And each table will have its very own drink pairing from Livingston Cellars! We will have three tables with wine pairings and one table with a bourbon pairing. I’m VERY excited about this!!

Another thing that’s different about this round is that the money will benefit Young Life Madison County! Young Life is a high school ministry that I absolutely love. I know my friends who run it now are making such a different in the lives of high school kids in Madison County, bringing Jesus to them and loving them where they are. You can hear a little more about Young Life at the event!

Lastly! And possibly one of my favorite things about this one– We are going to have a silent art auction to raise even more money for Young Life!! I LOVE art and always enjoy art auctions, so I’m particularly excited about this! I think noshing on charcuterie and admiring pretty art is a match made in heaven!! 🙂
