With the weekend being so close we can smell it, I wanted to share one of our favorite weekend traditions! For a couple of years now, if we are home on a Saturday, we go to The Gathering at The Town of Livingston and eat brunch. It is SUCH a good brunch! I have several favorite brunch destinations around town, but The Gathering is definitely our most frequented one, largely due to the fact that it is a mile from our house. That makes it super convenient!
I almost always get the homemade granola and fresh fruit with coffee (and a mimosa if I’m feeling jazzy) and Price loves their waffle! And I’m not sure what it is about their bacon, but it is GOOD. I order mine extra crispy when I order it! I honestly have loved everything I’ve tried on the brunch menu so you cannot go wrong.
It’s fun getting slightly fixed up, loading up the cheerins, and making the short trip to one of our favorite meals. It’s extra fun when you have a new shirt from George-Mary’s, a new neck scarf from Arco, and one of my fave new cuffs from Victoria Emerson! 😉

A word of advice when you go brunching at The Gath (which is what Price calls it for short!): You might run into someone like, ohhhh, Fletcher Cox. Who is more than willing to get up from his meal and walk outside and take a picture with you and your family, even if you just asked for him to hold your baby in his lap for a quick snapshot. He was genuinely the NICEST person ever!
So all that to say… you might want to try to look semi cute! 😉

Such a cute brunch look! We never go out for brunch – there aren’t many places near us that do brunch that I know of. To be honest, we don’t have a lot of local restaurants anyway, mostly big chains which I hate!
