Our weekly summer bingo is going mostly good over Our weekly summer bingo is going mostly good over here! Week one is complete and week two has begun! I’ve had a handful of questions about exactly what I’m including on these, so figured I’d share if interested! Each week, the tasks change up a little bit. The kids get paid per bingo. Some squares are silly, some are hard, some require patience, some help me out, and hopefully all will help make the kids more well-rounded individuals! I asked the kids what they liked most last week, what they liked least, and what they would like to see on a future bingo card. We are trying to keep things exciting, but some children are better motivated by this than others 🤪 Hope your summer is going great so far!! 🫶 ☀️

Oh my word. I loved this book!! Slow at times but Oh my word. I loved this book!! Slow at times but worth reading until the very last sentence. Feeling very inspired by the life of a man named Theo! Theo Of Golden by Allen Levi 🪶✨ I’m already casting a movie in my head (which would not live up to this book bc what movie does? But I’ll watch it anyway 😄) and I’m kinda thinking… Tom Hanks?
Just stumbled across these pics from an event I go Just stumbled across these pics from an event I got to do three years three with @mkdeckerdesigns and @carmckie with @bellini.blooms and they just feel like SUMMER! @bellini.blooms led a flower crown workshop at this particular event, and the ombré candy & cupcake table with @sweetnsavicakes treats was straight from a dream! The best part was that this event (and the others that we did similar to this) called The Creative Exchange was a celebration of local creators and artists and beautifyers. I so wish we could get another one together soon, but I honestly don’t know where we found the energy to do the ones we did back then! 😅😆 Maybe someday soon we can pick these back up. Til then, I’ll just enjoy the photos! 🥰🥰 I sure do love our local community of fabulous gals who make our part of the state extraordinarily special!

Some are silly, some are challenging, some are routine. For each bingo they get, they earn $. For a blackout they earn $$! Stay tuned 🤪

Spring fun with our babies!! It’s been a packed Spring fun with our babies!! It’s been a packed few weeks but it’s been *such* a fun season! I hope these babies know just how much we enjoy them! 🫶 • tournaments • field day • baseball • soccer • softball • traveling • eating out •

These kiddos and their love for being outside make These kiddos and their love for being outside make me so happy! They’re very talented at turning lemons into lemonade 🤩 I did a little “research” (or googling 😆) on why it seems they love being outside, even/especially in the rain, and found some good stuff! 🌧️ Here’s how playing in the rain impacts your brain and body: • Dopamine & Movement: The physical act of playing or walking in the rain acts as a natural reward, encouraging the brain to release dopamine. • Serotonin & Negative Ions: Rain, particularly through the Lenard effect (water splashing on surfaces), releases negative air ions. These ions are known to increase levels of serotonin, which can boost energy and improve mood. • Endorphin Release: The sensation of cold rain and the physical exertion of moving outside can trigger the release of endorphins. • Reduced Stress (Cortisol): Spending time in nature, even when raining, helps reduce cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone. • Please always beware when you hear thunder and see lightning! ⚡️ As @pricedonahoo has been known to say more than once, “get outside, nerds!”
A girly getaway to the gulf coast for a few days w A girly getaway to the gulf coast for a few days was just the best! These girls have been my besties since college (@rachel2cooley & @jwholmes412) and since preschool (Court, who isn’t on IG) and we just always have the best time together. Thankful for some time to get away and recharge in the Ocean Springs cuteness! Found some fun stops on the way down and on the way home, too! Love these friends of mine and I love Mississippi! 💛
