I was fortunate enough to get to write two stories in this edition! One was on Burgers & Blues in Ridgeland and the other was on the home editing suite at my lovely SummerHouse boss Lisa Palmer’s house! Both stories were a lot of fun to write!
Photographer Abe Draper snapped this pretty shot of the Catfish Platter at Burgers and Blues. If you buy the hard copy of the issue, you get the recipe for their delish tarter sauce (pictured!)
