This playard is superior to the ones we currently have for several reasons… It is significantly lighter in weight, it is MUCH easier to set up and break down, and it actually rests on the floor! The traditional playards that we currently have have little legs keeping them from resting on the floor, which makes it possible for a little person who migrates into a corner to cause the whole mat to cave into the corner with said little person!
And if y’all could see me trying to set up our current playards… I’m literally sweating by the time I’m finished wrestling with them… I don’t know if the two we’ve had up to this point are lemons or if they are just that hard to set up, but whatever the case, this Travel Simple dude is a VERY welcome addition!
Although both of our babies are too old to need this now, this playard also comes with a zip in bassinet for infant resting! I will absolutely use this with our next child, should the Lord choose to bless us with a baby #3! Lily Ryan was willing to model this feature, but she quickly found the need to show me that she is way too mobile to be buckled into such a “bed!” (This feature is really just for children who are under 20 lbs and are under 5 months old!)
She does, however, enjoy the part for which she is an appropriate size! It’s perfect for Wilson, too!
It packs up similarly to (but much easier than) traditional playards (although I admit that the first time I packed it up wasn’t super easy. Now that I have the hang of it, it’s a cinch!) and has a shoulder strap so you can carry it much more conveniently!
I truly love the TravelSimple Playard and highly recommend it if you ever travel with a baby, which is why I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to give one away to one of you!!!
To enter to win, all you have to do is comment below telling me why you’d want to win! That’s it! 🙂 Winner will be selected on Monday, October 31st!
Thanks a ton for stopping by today! It means the world to me! I hope you’re having a great week! XOXO!

This one looks awesome! Love that it is light weight!
Hey Laurel,
I love the simplicity of this! I have 3 grandchildren and I am sure more to come so I feel like I will really need this! Amber Grace just had her baby and this is perfect for me! As an older woman, I need things that are lightweight and and easy to assemble yet sturdy enough for my grandchildren! Here’s hoping to win!
Love your blog!
Vic
How did I not know about this?? Our pack n play was so bulky and uncomfortable. We never could travel with it due to our other numerous baby items. This is genius! Would LOVE to win this for baby #2 in the future!
Sounds like a lifesaver!
Baby Shannon is currently bed-less — this would be great for travel as well as the early days/weeks home from the hospital, and we could use it as he grows!
Baby Dak will def need the zip- in bassinet – these parents have a hard time staying put at home!
I need this for when we travel to Starkville to see the bulldogs play!
Knox sleeps with us, but it’d be great to have a cozy spot for Beau to snuggle in when we travel!
You know I need that for Jake and Lewis!! I can’t even set Maribeth’s up by myself!! So for these little Bulldogs pick me!!?
One word: TWINS
i am going to need all the help I can get to corral these 2 when they get here!!!
We would love this!! Our little family is all about experiencing life…..which means we pack up and travel with 3 kids ALOT!!! Xoxo
Love this! Would love to have something that doesn’t take so much work to set up and break down. Plus I love that the base rests on the floor!
Baby #3 on the way!!! Would love one smaller and easier!!
First baby arriving at the end of this year! Love the ease of this – will be great for going to visit our out of town family!
I’m having my first grandchild in 6 weeks and this will be perfect for traveling with her as well as using at home so she could be in the same room with me when she naps!
Thanks for the opportunity to win!

I would love to win this for baby #2 coming this Christmas! It looks so nice and seems very convenient. It would definitely make life easier around the Townsend household!
I would like to win so great nephew would have safe place to play at our house when they visit.
I would love to win this for my little man we’re always on the go and this would be perfect
Wow! Wow! Wow! I am due with my first little one soon, and I am scouring the web to make sure I have all of the must-haves in time. This is now TOP of my list! We travel a lot, as our family is on the east coast and we’re on the west – and this looks like an absolute necessity for us! Zip-in bassinet, travel carrying case, easy to set up and pack up, lightweight, and resting on the floor = one perfect product! Thanks so much for introducing me to this, and I’ll keep all fingers (and toes) crossed that I’ll win!
We would love to win the Ingenuity Travel Simple Playard for our little 4-month-old Annabelle! She loves to travel and play, so this would be perfect for her!
My first grandchild is on his/her way! This is so much safer than the ones on the market. I’ll be helping my daughter and her husband by watching the baby while they’re at work and want to keep the little one as safe as possible!!
I hope and pray I’m chosen!!
You sold me with “ease” and “lightweight”! Our pack n play was handed down and SO cumbersome in every way. Baby #2 will be here in a few months, and this would be an amazing addition to our gear essentials.
You sold me with “ease” and “lightweight”! Our pack n play was handed down and is SO cumbersome. Rarely used it because it was such a hassle. Baby #2 will be here in a few months, and this sounds like a wonderful and necessary replacement. 🙂
You are just the sweetest! This would be such a great addition bc we have company so often and our current packnplay is bulky and uncomfortable for the baby!
I need to win for baby girl coming in January 🙂 Can’t wait for Lily & Elise to be part of Gold Leaves 2.0! ?
I’m going to need this when Hearne joins us in February!! I’m sure that we will have many opportunities to use it with little man and his future siblings and cousins!! Thanks for offering this!!
Pick Dylan!!! She’s on the move and in desperate need of a playard?
We have a one week old miracle who never sleeps well in our current play yard! Would love to try this one and the infant sleeper!
