A Piece of the BPBC Pie

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Pie -- super healthy!

I’m sure you’re wondering what my special abbreviation means… It stands for Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate! Because that’s what all is in this yummy, healthy pie that I wanted to share with y’all today!

It’s not really a secret that I looooove sweets. Big time! So I’m always looking to make desserts that satisfy my sweet tooth but are also reasonably healthy. This pie is my newest fave!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 whole wheat pie shell (I like the Wholly Wholesome kind in the picture!)
1/4 cup PB2 powder
2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
2 ripe bananas
1 10-oz. tub of truwhip (all natural whipped cream)
4 to 6 packets of stevia (to taste)

Here’s what to do:

Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl. Once mashed, add the whipped cream and stir together. Add the PB2, the cocoa powder, and the stevia until well mixed. Spoon it over into a pie shell and freeze! I like it frozen, but it’s also reeeeeally good if you stick it in the fridge about an hour before you want to serve it so it can soften up a little bit.

Cut into slices and enjoy!

One of the best things about this easy recipe is that you can taste the mixture before freezing to see if you think you’d like it more peanut buttery, more chocolately, sweeter, or whatever! It’s very customizable! 😉

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you are having a great week!! XO!
