“Eyes For You” Valentine Treats

I talked about these for a solid day on my Instagram stories, but I’m just so excited about them, I figured I’d share over here on the blog, too! I try to do something non-sugary for class valentines every year, just to help decrease in the valentine sugar overload by a teensy bit, so this year I’m doing heart glasses! (We actually did these last year for Lily Ry’s birthday party then for class valentines because they were such a hit!)

Anyway, as I was at target the other day, I found the most perfect little plastic treat bags to put the glasses in!! These little “eyes for you” kitty bags made my day!!

After I put them glasses in the bags, I wanted to seal them somehow, so I took out a piece of white paper, drew colorful hearts all over it, then made copies on white and blue cardstock! I cut the copies into quarters and stapled them to the bags. I’ll let my kids write “from [their name]” on the paper and we are calling it a day!

The glasses come in TONS of colors, but I went with pink and pink/yellow for the girls, then the blues for the boys! The valentines from Wilson and Demps will have the blue heart paper at the top, and the ones from Lil will have the white heart paper!
