Mexican is definitely one of my favorite genres of food! I’m pretty predictable in that, if it’s my birthday or a special occasion or just a Friday night when we’re looking to do something, if I’m asked where I want to eat, I’ll say “I could really use some Mexican!” Tacos, margaritas, chips and salsa… I love it all!
So when I saw this cute little Snorg tee, I just had to get it for Wilson (my little male mini me who will eat just about anything… including Mexican!) It comes in adult sizes too! This beaut isn’t just for the babies!

Taco Tuesday gives the most obscure day of the week some special meaning and I LOVE THAT!
Speaking of Taco Tuesdays… My favorite local Mexican joint, Sombra, has started doing a Taco Tuesday deal where, on Tuesdays only from 4-9 p.m., they offer 6 or 7 varieties of street tacos. Last Tuesday I got to go to dinner with some girls to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and I’m here to tell you that the brisket street tacos were just about the most amazing things I’ve ever tasted! They were MAJOR. I also tried the veggie and the barbecoa, which were also good, but brisket was the prize winner!
