… Seeing a bright and beautiful rainbow (perhaps a double rainbow? Does anyone else see the faint one on the right?) on the way home from work recently…
… Getting to spend some quality time with family in Gulf Shores…
… In the preliminary stages of working on making the Jackson Metro from Arco Avenue idea into a poster at the request of a few friends. Hopefully these will be available for the buyin’ soon! (And for all you photoshop whizzes out there, don’t judge all my layers… I’ve barely used this program since college so there’s a lot of re-teaching myself going on… Re-learning ain’t easy!)
… Getting to announce that Price’s brother Jesse and his wife Mary Margaret are expecting, too!!! This has been a beautiful reminder of how PERFECT God’s timing is… We are exactly 8 weeks behind my brother Jordan and his wife Katie, and Jesse and Mary Marge are exactly 8 weeks behind us…. Now is that not God showing perfection in timing or WHAT?! So incredibly awesome to know that God’s got this. Can’t wait to meet all these little bebes and watch them grow up together… 🙂
… Getting to dress around this little bump I seem to have acquired… 🙂
… Getting to interview Chadwick Boseman (the all-star actor who perfected James Brown in the movie Get On Up!) Price and I got to report for a local mag at the screening they held in Madison a couple of weeks ago! Chadwick was very nice!!! (And this is the worst picture EVER of me, but overall, it’s still kinda cool because of Chad, who will be immeasurably famous one day!)
… Getting to be a part of a really fun pre-fall photo shoot at Arco Avenue with Katie and Elish… Sample pic below! Elish and Katie are the best… 🙂
… Lastly, being reminded of how special life is. We are not promised tomorrow (or even later today!) so I’m trying to carpe diem as much as I can… Why not make the most of the time we have here on earth? Who’s with me!? 🙂
