I’ve recently fallen in love with a cocktail that I am so excited to get to share with you today! I’m calling it Sparkling Christmas Cocktail because I can’t come up with anything better right now!
It’s very simple and has been a hit each time I’ve served it! It can be made individually, craft style with a shaker, or it can be made ahead of time and served from a pitcher. Either way, it’s fantastic!
You’ll need equal parts pomegranate juice, white grape juice, and Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka. Mix these three together (you can do this part in a shaker with ice if you want to make it crafty) then top with champagne to your liking! I don’t technically use champagne. I use Cava, like the Campo Viejo pictured!
Garnish with a lemon, some cranberries, or really anything you think would look good! Serve ‘er up and enjoy! I hope you think it’s a great as I do! 🙂 I got the leaded ingredients for this at my favorite local wine shop, Colony Wine Market in Madison!
