“Wear Your Best Tennis Garb”

I love it when my friends are either engaged or about to have babies… Because that means showers and parties! And I love showers and parties!!

My friend Maribeth is getting married next month so it’s been fun getting to celebrate with her as much as I’ve been able to. She’s such a fun bride because she is so laid back!

I had the pleasure of getting to design some invitations for a tennis themed shower for MB, although sadly I couldn’t attend the shower because of a prior engagement. Anyway, the invitations were a blast because even the wording was so relaxed and, well… Maribeth!

I got to put a few of my favorite fonts into action, and I always love a good excuse to print on metallic paper! Because of the simplicity of the invitation, it just seemed to call for a little something extra, so the silver paper was just the thing!

And this is my favorite line… “Wear your best tennis garb!”

I hear that everybody looked great and that the shower was a blast, but how could it not have been when celebrating such a cool bride?!
