If you’re like me, you’re always looking for a healthy snack to indulge in! I’ve found myself craving sweets at night lately, so to not deprive myself, I’ve tried to come up with snack ideas that are healthy but don’t necessarily taste like they are! (This doesn’t mean I won’t give in to a couple of Oreos every few nights!)
This has been a favorite the past few weeks. It’s like a fruity frozen yogurt with 100% healthy ingredients!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon honey
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor or blender with a removable blade. (You’ll never get the mixture out if the blade is stationary! I particularly love our Ninja with the removable blade!)
Blend until everything is thoroughly combined. Serve and enjoy!
This recipe makes one large or two smaller servings. Wilson seems to have overcome his dislike for bananas (for the most part) and enjoys helping me with my single large serving! 😉
