We had quite the situation at our house last week where a rat made its way up into our dryer and died. (Please go make sure the little vent thingy on the outside of your house where dryer air exits isn’t rotted and broken like ours was… That’s how Mr. Rat made his way in!)
He made our house smell terrible. And caused me to have to re-wash a buuuunch of clothes. And caused me to pull out all the candles I could find to get our house smelling tolerable again!
I love a great candle just for random personal enjoyment, but especially when it serves a vital purpose in restoring order to our home! Here’s a quick little roundup of my current favorites. I LOVE ALL OF THESE SCENTS SO MUCH!
They’re all slightly outdoorsy and masculine, so they’re full-family approved. If you love candles as much as we do, I recommend checking some of these out! The lovely yellow candle is from Haven in Canton Mart Square if you’re local and want to stop into their pretty shop to smell this one + all the other great scents they carry!
