Lily Ryan had a birthday party earlier this month that she wanted to be butterfly themed! It was at the trampoline park, so I couldn’t really do a whole lot with the theme, but we were able to do a really fun cake with edible butterflies!!
I got a delicious plain white cake from my friend Krista. Then I ordered the butterflies on Amazon and I absolutely loved how they turned out!! Had it been up to me, I would have left it with just butterflies, but the birthday girl wanted some floral element as well, so we ordered some sugar flowers, too, and she put them on! And it turned out beautifully! 🙂 (The butterflies were pretty fragile so I was the one to put those on. We did have a few wing breaks, I’ll be honest! MOST of them made it, though!)
The butterfly plates and napkins were from a local shop, Gifts by KPEP, but they’re also available online! They were GORGEOUS! I’ll link all the things we used for cake and cake eating decor below!
