In Case You Get Bored…

Hey friends!

I hope you’re enjoying a great long Labor Day weekend!! I’ve been able to get a lot done around here (namely paint current guest room/future nursery #2), finally updated my blogroll a little more, and we got to go to Hattiesburg and watch the season opener for the Bulldawgs and spend some time with some friends! It’s been great! I am very thankful!

With today being a day -hopefully- of relaxation for you, I wanted to give you two things to do if you ended up getting bored at any point during the day! 😉

One is this contest!

RX photo contest //

If you have any Rx Cowbell gear and want to email me a picture of it (like your print hung in your house, a cool outfit you put together with your tee, a creative way you’ve used a card, or where you’ve ended up putting your sticker), I’ll send you a free Rx Cowbell vinyl sticker simply for entering! And at the end of the month after all submissions are made, I’ll pick a winner to get $75 to my etsy shop!

If you don’t have any Rx Cowbell stuff yet but are wanting some, then shop the whole collection here! 🙂

The second thing I highly recommend investing a little time in (although this is more of a time commitment) is to check out out the Detox series that Church of the Highlands in Birmingham just finished up! My friend Jessica told me about it and the series is SO GOOD. I’ve listened to a couple of them twice. Very enlightening and eye opening! The three areas of detox are of the spirit, the soul, and the body. You can get to the first one and links to the next three here! If you’re just chillin by the pool and need something to listen to on your headphones, this is perfect for that! I hope you enjoy it!!!

Here’s one of my favorite quotes from the third sermon… It’ll make a little more sense once you listen to it! This pastor is so gifted!

Have any of you listened to this series? I’d love to know what you think!

Have a great day and as always, thanks a ton for stopping by!!!
