The Unnamed Cocktail

I usually love naming the cocktails I come up with, but for this one, I’m drawing a total blank! It’s been my go-to for the past couple of weeks, though. Read through the recipe, give it a try, and see if you can help me name this simple summery sipper! I really think you’ll like it.

>> Here’s what ya need <<

1 oz. Plantation 3 Stars Silver Rum

1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao

juice from 1/2 lemon

Sparkling water

>> Here’s how to make it <<

Mix rum, dry curaçao, and lemon juice in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake hard until the shaker starts getting icy! Strain into a pretty coupe glass, top with sparkling water (I’ve actually used Mango Bubly several times and it gives it a delicious, subtle twist), garnish with a lemon wheel, and enjoy!

Here is another great summery cocktail using the Plantation 3 Stars and here are some using dry curaçao! These two bottles are well worth the investment if you want quality cocktails!
