Let’s Bounce

Roundup of bouncy houses that are all $200 or UNDER! // www.thehiveblog.com

Things got really real really fast with all of the coronavirus stuff, didn’t it!? With school closings nationwide (the ones here aren’t officially closed yet, but I know they’re keeping a close eye on everything) and social gatherings of all sorts put on halt, if you’ve got little ones, you might need a few ideas of ways to prevent cabin fever!

One thing my kids have enjoyed doing to jump the energy out is to play in our bouncy house! This thing has been a LIFE SAVER, and I feel that it’ll become even more of a life saver in the coming days and weeks! Although we have pulled ours inside on rainy days, sticking this thing in the yard, blowing it up, and letting the kids jump wild has been so good. They’re outside breathing fresh air and wearing themselves out, which means better sleep! I can’t help but feel that plenty of rest, time outdoors, and healthy diets are some of the easiest ways we can keep our kids (and ourselves!) well during this uncertain time.

I rounded up a bunch of bounce houses that are all $200 or under! Many of them are available on Prime! I hope you and yours can have some fun in one of these! ๐Ÿ™‚

On a related yet totally different note, I know a lot of people are scared about the current state of affairs. It’s a very uncertain time! But I read something this morning in the March 13th entry in New Morning Mercies that really eased my mind, so I wanted to share.

“You don’t have to worry about whether your world is under control. God rules. You just have to learn to trust him when his rule isn’t evident.”

I’d say that’s pretty accurate! AND, I do not believe it was coincidence that the March 11th and March 12th entries both mentioned disease. Remember that this book was written YEARS ago. God really spoke to me through those entries. Thank you, Lord, for being there for me ๐Ÿ™‚

I hope you have a peaceful weekend filled with rest and cleanliness! ๐Ÿ˜‰ You are loved! One thing that always helps me to remember is this– ONE DAY AT A TIME. Matthew 6:25 says, โ€œTherefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”

XOXOX my friend ๐Ÿ™‚
