I don’t know about y’all, but it’s about this time every year that I just fall in love with coconut all over again! The flavor and the smell of it define summer for me! Every time I smell Coco Cabana from Bath and Body Works (I found an old thing of body spray during the move and it still smells awesome), it takes me back to lifeguarding (arguably the best job I ever had- tied with my current job!) which defines multiple college summers for me!
Some of my favorite coconut things are Coconut LaCroix sparkling water (SERIOUSLY AMAZING and all natural/calorie free!), BarkThins with shaved coconut in it (I highly recommend getting on the BarkThin train… They’ll change your life!), this pineapple mojito recipe (which is delish either virgin or with rum!), and B&BW’s Coconut Lime Breeze products. (I think that scent was created after people mourned the discontinuation of Coco Cabana! I use the shower gel regularly and dang does it smell good! I really need to pull the trigger on buying the wallflower so I can smell it all the time!)
I recently re-made this cookie recipe, which has multiple coconut ingredients and is super healthy! They were even better than I remembered… 😉
