Lovely Lately

Welcome back from the weekend! I hope all of you had a wonderful one!

I decided it’s time for another edition of Lovely Lately, so here we go…

… Really enjoying having our master bathroom back in order! It’s so peaceful and bright and serene… I truly love it! Now for some art and a rug! Currently on the hunt… Can’t wait to share more about the redo once we have it a little further along!

… Still enjoying some twinkly decorations that I am currently calling “winter decorations.” Yes, Christmas is over, but it’s ok to leave out some of the neutral decorative items for the remainder of the winter, right?! These will probably somehow morph into Valentine’s decorations because I like festive things and any excuse to have out some happy lights!

… Being reminded about the importance of our word choices through this simple scripture. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger. Sometimes we have no idea how long-lasting our words can be for the person to whom they were spoken. One hurtful comment can stick with someone for way too long, even if it didn’t seem like that big of a deal to you. On the flip side, one positive comment or compliment or word of encouragement can do the same thing! You lifting someone’s spirits can stick with them for the longest time even if you forget about it the next day! So I just wanted to share and encourage you to lift up those around you with your words today! 🙂

Ok y’all, that is all I’ve got for today! Thank you ever so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful Monday and I hope to see you back here soon! You mean the world to me for reading THE HIVE!! XOXO!
