Lovely Lately

Lovely Lately is BACK! It’s been a little while since I’ve done a Lovely Lately post, but they’re always fun to round up, so here we go! I’ll start with the beautiful zinnias from our garden! We are actually taking what we can from our summer garden and transitioning to a fall garden later this week, so stay tuned for that! 🙂

Plate wall! How beautiful is this plate wall?! A sweet friend’s mama had me come over and help her hang her GORGEOUS collection of blue and white plates and I’m just crazy about how it turned out!

More maroon! We have already been up to Starkville more this football season that we did last! 😉 Which makes me SO happy! And this past weekend we got to go to a party where Bully and the cheerleaders were also in attendance! Feeling very VIP over here 😉

Speaking of maroon… here are a couple of items I’ve purchased or looked at very closely lately! Always looking to add to the maroon wardrobe!

Grab a sharpie! You know that scripture about writing scripture on your doorframes? Well… I did that a little bit 🙂 More on the little scripture-on-the-doorframe project HERE! 🙂

This book, Say Hello by Kelly Gregory, is THE SWEETEST! It is written by a friend of a friend and it is so adorable. Each page has a different kid who may look or sound a little different from the “normal” kid, but EVERY kid needs people to be kind to them and say hello! There is one page with a cochlear kid, so you KNOW this book quickly earned a special place in my heart because of that! I bought one copy and loved it so much that I bought three more to give to friends! Definitely recommend!
