Progress in the Man Cave

So Price’s man cave is finally coming together at our new house! Now that things are taking shape, Price has been spending a lot of time in there (which I think means he likes it!)

We still have a ways to go (with drapery, a coffee table of some sort, another small lamp on the desk, hanging more on the walls, etc…) but it’s to a point where I wanted to share an update!

The thing I’m MOST excited about in this room is the gun cabinet we had David from d+p Design Build make. (You can check out his business here.) I drew it out (and had some great help in doing so) and he made it to look exactly how I wanted!!

And heeeeere she is!

A great focal point to what is turning into a pretty great room! Here’s what the rest of it is looking like…

That desk was my grandfather’s, and Price’s grandmother painted those turkeys! And I luh-huv that desk chair from West Elm. It’s so comfortable and adds just the perfect touch of modern (I think!) Even Price thinks it’s comfortable, and he is one tough critic when it comes to furniture comfort!!
