I am so excited to share this cocktail with you today! I love a cool, crafty cocktail. I think mixology is just really fun and fascinating! One of my most favorite ingredients to play with is St. Germain. It’s a French elderflower liqueur and it is SO GOOD!

I found this cocktail recipe that included my favorite liqueur, played with it a bit, renamed it, and now you can enjoy it, too! I’m calling it the Bubbly Frenchie because of the delightful crisp that the bubbles add!

Here’s what ya need for a single serving…

1 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur

2 ounces good vodka

3/4 ounce lemon juice

1/4 ounce simple syrup

1 strawberry

3 ounces sparkling rose

Here’s how to make it…

Muddle the strawberry (stem removed) with lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice, vodka, and St. Germain and shake, shake, shake! Strain into a pretty glass, top with the bubbly, garnish with an extra strawberry if you have it, and enjoy!
