Last Minute Kiddie Valentines

Heads up: Valentine’s Day is tomorrow! You probably already knew that. But in case you didn’t because you have mom (or dad!) brain, and are panicking because you don’t have valentines to send to school with your kids, don’t worry!

I made these fun little candy pouches for my kids to take with them to school and thought since I had already done all the work, I may as well make them accessible to you guys, too! You can purchase the printable file for the pouches here, print them off at home, cut them out with scissors, tape them together, and stuff them with candy! Or stickers. Or gummies. Or handfuls of cereal if you’re really desperate (?) Ha! I would die out laughing (who doesn’t need a good laugh?!) while fully and totally appreciating where the parent was coming from if one of my kids brought home a valentine pouch full of Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

Anyway, the file is only $2! (I painted the hearts myself!) And then you can print it as many times as you need. I enlisted the help of my kids after pouch assembly was complete to actually stuff the pouches, and it was fun for like 5 minutes, but all they wanted to do after a stuffs was fuel their superhero statuses with super snacks (being the gummies and MnMs I was trying to get those pouches stuffed with) so I am down a few “pouch stuffers” and have some wild little super heroes on my hands! (Wouldn’t trade it for the world though) 🙂

Now seems like a good time to insert that I’m not only sending these to school with my kids. I’m taking them to work for my coworkers, too! They aren’t just for the littles! 😉 (Sorry for the spoiler, fellow SummerHos!)

I hope you have some fun Valentine’s Day plans! I know it’s a super commercial “holiday” but it’s still really fun to get gooby with your main squeeze and distribute candy to everyone with whom you come into contact. I say carpe the Valentine’s diem and have fun with it, even if you are a Valentine hater! 🙂

Thank y’all so much for stopping by today! It means THE WORLD to me (as I hope you already know!)  I hope you are having a good week so far! XO!

These are too cute. Valentine’s Day is so different from when I was little. Everything is so personalized! A few years ago I made all of these Valentines for people I worked with and they had their kid’s pictures on them, or their initials or whatever. I was always excited to buy the box of Valentine’s that you just wrote your name on. But they are SO much cuter now.
