Progressing

I’ve been promising a house update for what seems like weeks… And now I’ve finally gotten around to a mini one!! Most rooms are not at all ready for picture taking, but there were a few little places where I felt like I could snap a few! There are many more to come once we get completely unboxed, more furniture comes in (we’re still waiting on a few pieces), art gets hung, painting gets finished, a few DIYs that I’ve dreamed up get completed, I make decisions on pillow and drapery fabrics… I’m sure I’m forgetting something! It’s going to be a process, but I’m looking so forward to this multi-step project!!!!

Here are a few before and mid-progress shots!

This is the keeping area before:

I don’t have a before of Wilson’s room, but here’s how it’s looking! (I’m pretty much re-doing exactly what we originally did in the old house as much as I can!)

All we’ve done in the master bathroom is paint, but to me that made such a big difference!!! Ahhhh, I love fresh white paint… 🙂

And this room still has a looong way to go, but we do have the glass front shelves done!

As with any big project, we are definitely having to do this in stages. But I’m already looking forward to coming back and looking at these pictures 5 years from now and seeing how far we’ve come!! House projects are just so much fun to me. I love looking back at how much our old house changed for the better over the 6 years we were there… such great memories from every stage!! 🙂

Thank you so much for stopping in today, and I hope to see y’all out tonight! If not tonight, I hope to see you Saturday!!

I love the ceiling color in the Keeping Room! The splashes of yellow are so warm. The Master Bath look like a whole new room with the fresh white walls.

Y’all are a great addition to the neighborhood! !
